Our chapter hosted our Annual Academic Breakfast on April 28, at T Square Cafe within RMIT’s Design Hub, to promote Golden Key on campus and increase our awareness amongst RMIT staff and selected students.
The breakfast was a great opportunity to talk about our upcoming initiatives, ways to promote Golden Key on campus and how students can get the most from the opportunities we present. Staff, students and committee members mingled over croissants and sweets before our President delivered a speech about the importance of Golden Key initiatives and this year’s mission to deliver empowering and innovative events. She then presented Vice Chancellor Martin Bean with his Honorary Membership certificate and pin after his induction last year.
Despite the very early morning, the Academic Breakfast was a social event that was memorable for all. We hope to continue moving forward into the year with the utmost support from all our new found friends!
